PLEASANT, Mich.—The status of seasonal "frost law" weight restrictions is unchanged from late last week, with the Michigan Department of Transportation enforcing restrictions on state trunkline highways in all of the Lower Peninsula, while all Lower Peninsula counties except Saint Joseph in southwestern Michigan are continuing to enforce restrictions on county roadways.
