LANSING,Mich.- Michigan Oil & Gas Producers Education Foundation (MOGPEF) president,Mike Barratt,has announced the awarding of the organization's fourth academic scholarship for the 2007 school year.In this,the award's inaugural year,MOGPEF has awarded Ann Arbor Pioneer High School (AAPHS) 2007 graduate,Matthew Mahony,for his academic and extracurricular accomplishments and activities,as well as his intent to pursue a career in the energy field.
