LANSING, Mich.—The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Minerals Management Section (MMS) has issued a public notice of state-owned oil and gas rights to be offered for lease at a public auction set for Monday, Oct. 28,2013 at the Lansing Center, located at 333 E. Michigan Ave. in downtown Lansing. Registration of bidders is to begin at 8 a.m., with the offering of lease rights scheduled to commence at 9 a.m.
