摘要

The nitro-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (nitro-PAHs), including 1-nitro-naphthalene, 2-nitronaphthalene, 3-nitro-biphenyl, 4-nitro-biphenyl, and 9-nitro-anthracene, were separated by micellar electrokinetic chromatography and detected by photodiode array UV spectrometry. Sodium deoxycholate was used to form micelles. The effects of organic modifiers (methanol, acetonitrile, and dimethylformamide) and beta-cyclodextrin on the separation of the nitro-PAHs were investigated, as were the effects of temperature and applied voltage.
