Lansing,Mich.-Both natural gas and crude oil production were down during the first five months of 2003,when compared to the same period of last year.according to Michigan Department of Tresaury severance tax figures,with natural gas output down 16 percent from the January to may 2002 period and crude oil runs off by 3 percent for the same fivemonth period.
