An end-to-end supply chain perspective: CSCP resonates with Australian supply chain professionals

The APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification was introduced in mid-2006 with the aim of educating practitioners about the management of a company's entire value chain. By taking an end-to-end view of the supply chain, the program focuses on helping managers look beyond their organisation's walls - and to become global supply chain experts. This need to manage the supply chain from end-to-end has resonated with practitioners around the world, and internationally the program has attracted many thousands of graduates in just two short years. The need for global supply chain experts seems just as real in Australia, with Australian CSCP certified graduates tipping 50 in December 2007.
