摘要

Through our flow injection analysis experiments, we discovered that an unsaturated complex of Cu(II) and organic ligand had a strong catalytic effect on 1.10-phenanthroline-H2O2-CTMAB chemiluminescence reaction. Based on this mechanism, the new flow injection analysis methods for detection of some biological ligands were established. Detection limits are in the range of 2.7-90 pmol for amino acids, polyamines, and salicylic acids. (C) 1995 Academic Press, Inc. [References: 16]
