The paper deals with analysis of nitride, sulphide and sulphide - nitride variants of inhibitors (AIM, MnS particle) and with the combination of the Cu coprecipitates with MnS in Fe - 3 percent Si grain oriented electrotechnical steels (GO). These secondary microphases, precipitates, have been obtained by electrochemical isolation methods, The changes of AlN and MnS precipitates after individual operations of steel processing (hot rolling, decarburisation, annealing and final high temperature annealing) using methods of chemical and EDX analyses, respectively, Cu addition to MnS influences the formation of particles with various chemical composition of e-Cu in combination with Cu_2S, or Cu_(2-x)Mn_xS complex, respectively.
