摘要

In this paper are presented the main theoretical premises in the study of heat forcing convective transfer in installations that use cyclone burners. That burner type forms a hot gases jet, with high velocities, who envelope the heating part, chaning the specific heat transfer circumstances. If, usually, in the heat installations equipped with burners, the radiation is the main heat transfer mode, the direct projecting of hot gases on part surface modify the shape and depth of hydrodynamic and thermal boundary layer. That fact make a different weight of convective mode (in opposition with the radiant mode) and brake the oxidation of part surface (caused by the chemical nature of gas film).The study of thermal and hydrodynamic processes using the finite element method give the possibility to obtain the thermal fields in gas jets and pieces, making clearly the advantages of cyclone heating procedure. The experimental validation confirm the theortical premises.
