RESEARCHES ON THE POSTERIOR STRAIN DISTRIBUTION APPLICATED AT COLD ROLLING AND THE RELATION BETWEEN THE FLATNESS AND THE THICKNESS DIFFERENCE OF THE STRIP ON THE WIDTH

摘要

In this paper was established the relation between flatness and the thickness distribution on the width of the strip, including the influence of the applicated posterior strain.This correlations have been established on the basis of the experimenatl measurements of these parameters. The influence of the applicated posterior strain on the flatness it is solved also quantitatively. The obtained relation it is important to improve the calculus precision in the shape control of the rolled product.
