摘要

The aim of this paper is to study the electric field influence on the ohmic resistance of the layers deposited by thermal spraying. The metallic powders are loaded with electric charges, when passing through the electric field that is made between the metalizing pistol and the base material. At the impact with the base material, the powders loaded with electric charges yields the positive electric charges, and thus, obtaining superior physical and mechanical properties by the appearance of micro structures. The experimental researches were performed by using the CastoDyn DS8000 flame metallization unit, the standard metallization module SSM10 and ProXon 21021 powder.
