RESEARCHES REGARDING THE INCREASE IN ENDURANCE FOR ASPHALT MILLING MACHINES TEETH

This paper presents the researches made in order to increase the asphalt milling machines teeth endurance through a growth in pills hardness, made from tungsten carbide and assembled through brazing on the top of the teeth. For this was followed both an increased asphalt milling properties and to avoid a premature wear of the pill and of the whole tooth.
