We can say that the addition of some alloying elements into the composition of 316 L steel changes the mechanical properties of the sintered parts. Thus, by adding Ni, some of the mechanical properties of the sintered 316L steel improve, although such addition is not economically convenient due to the high costs. In order to evidence such properties, we studied the following chemical compositions: 316L+5wt.%Ni and 316L+5wt.%Cu. The properties of these alloys were compared with the properties of sintered 316L steel. Sintering was performed in hydrogen at a temperature of 1200 C.
