摘要

Aplicand metoda de determinare a grosimii maxime a stratului activ al formelor ecologice combinate prezentata in partea a doua a lucrarii se analizeaza influenta grosimii pieselor turnate asupra grosimii maxime a stratului activ. Studiul s-a efectuat pentru cazul turnarii unei fonte cenusii eutectice cu temperatura de turnare de 1350 deg C si o temperatura de piroliza a rasinii utilizata ca liant in stratul activ de 700 deg C. Appling the method of the maxjmum thickness determination of the active layer of the ecological combined moulds presented in secondpart of this paper, it is analysed the influence of the casting thickness over the maximum thickness of the active layer. The study was made for a pouring case of an eutecticgrey cast iron with pouring temperature 1350 deg C and the pyrolisis temperature of the resin used like bond in the active layer was 700 deg C.
