ARGUMENTS FOR RUSSIAN-ROMANIAN COOPERATION DEVELOPMENT IN THE IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRIAL FIELD

The paper asserts the necessity to develop partnership and collaboration in the iron and steel industrial field, between Romania and Russian Federation. The tradition in this field, the situation of worldwide iron and steel industry, transition to the market economy, trading flow, last mergers, all are arguments to support the development of this cooperation.
