PROGRAME FOR THE CALCULATION OF HEATING REGIMES FOR INGOTS AND SEMIS FOR THE PLASTIC DEFORMATION

摘要

A programe for the calculation of heating regimes for ingots and semis is presented in this paper. To achieve the programe, the heating with maintaining periods has been used.Using this method, the heating controle is very simple, with no instrumentation required. To create the computer programe, the following parameters have been taken into consideration: the alloying degree, the ingot or semis thickness, the disposal on the furnace hearth.Using the methodology which takes wito consideration the main parametres of the heating process, the programe permits more accuracy, ensuring the reduction of fuel consumption, and the increasing productivity of programe permits more accuracy, ensuring the reduction of fuel consumption, and the increasing productivity of heating furnaces.
