Open days highlight speed and accuracy

The current series of open days at Edwards Pearson demonstrate the company's continuing significance to the forming and fabrication sector. Visitors to the sales and servicing centre in chard on 19th March were able to see examples of pressbrake technology in operation; these included demonstrations of the benefits of unmanned automatic operation, and the intuitive PR (Pressure Reference) system for enhanced bend angle accuracy, overcoming deviations in material thickness and springback variations. The company has also teamed up with Bank of Scotland to offer finance packages which render the technology more affordable.
