Zhangjiagang orders rod mill

Zhangjiagang Shatai Steel Company, Ltd., Jiangsu Province, has ordered a high-speed rolling mill for its steel manufacturing facility from Morgan Construction Company. This will be the fourth high-speed rolling mill that Morgan has built for Zhangjiagang since 1994 and will be added to an existing bar mill. Zhangjiagang purchases its first Morgan high-speed mill in 1994, its second in 1999, and its third in March of 2000. All three mills have the capability to produce more than 600000 t/year.
