After a software engineer working for the Wilcox Associates Inc. division of Hexagon Metrology sought employment with competitor Xspect Solutions Inc., a subsidiary ofWenzel Prazision G.m.b.H., and failed to inform Xspect of his non-compete agreement, Hexagon filed suit to protect itself against infringement of intellectual property.
