The Morgan Reducing/Sizing Mill (RSM) consists of four cantilevered mill stands; two are reducing and two are sizing stands. By adding these stands to a conventional rod mill productivity is increased, tolerances become very precise, roll life isprolonged, the wire drawing process is simplified and the wire tensile strength becomes more uniform.
