Mannesmann Demag Gottwald supplied 48 automatically guided vehicles to the Dutch container terminal, ECT, in Rotterdam. To date, the vehicles have transported more than 1 million containers at this terminal. The manufacturer is the first company with practical experience with regard to this technology. The follow-up order received from the same customer for 60 units is currently being processed.
