Morgan Construction Company, USA, and BSE Badische Stahl-Engineering GmbH, Germany, have formed an alliance under which both companies will alliance under which both companies will work together to market the Multi-Slit Technology. This rolling process has been in operation at BSE's affiliated company, Badische Stahlwerke GmbH, in Kehl, Germany since 1984, and implemented at various facilities around the world since 1995.
