Even just-in-time coil coating processes and colours as demanded for individual product orders can now be realised with a new, so-called MiCCon D concept. At minimum space requirements (between 3 and 15 m length) dynamic coating processes even in non-continuous start/stop operations can now be realised in a fully automated mode (requiring no manual process intervention) providing flexible and highly efficient production and state-of-the-art ecological conditions. Therefore a wide range of unique and new coil coating processes are possible at -now also - competitive and economically reasonable conditions. The process will be even more simplified, when more water-based coatings have become established on the market.
