Baosteel Stainless and Tsingshan Group have both raised theirhigh-carbon ferro-chrome purchase prices for November deliveryamid rising spot prices, company sources told Metal Bulletin.Baosteel has issued a bid price of 9,500 yuan ($1,403) per tonne,including delivery, an increase of 2,500 yuan from its Octoberdeliveryprice.
