Anglo American’s nickel output in the first quarter of 2016 was 11,200tonnes, up 67% year-on-year (Q1 2015: 6,700 tonnes), and up 7%quarter-on-quarter (Q4 2015: 10,500 tonnes).Anglo American’s nickel output has increased on the successfulcompletion of the Barro Alto furnace rebuilds in Brazil.
