Steel production at Ukraine’s largest steelmaker, Metinvest, increasedby 3.37% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2016, the company saidon Wednesday November 2.Metinvest’s mills in the country produced 2.15 million tonnes ofcrude steel in the period, with 950,000 tonnes made at Azovstal (upby 12.69%), 690,000 tonnes produced at Ilyich (down by 1%) and509,000 tonnes made at Yenakiieve Iron & Steel Works (down by6.09%).
