Noble Group metals segment back in profit in Q1; still sees declines y-o-y

Trading company Noble Group saw a return to profit for its metals andmining business in the first quarter of 2016, on higher aluminiumprices and higher premiums in Asia and North America, it said in itsresults release for the three months ended March 31.The segment returned to a profit of $7 million in the first quarter of2016, after an overall loss before interest and tax in 2015 of $229million.
