EIA Delays Data Reports

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has delayed its normal weekly data releases from Nov. 8-10 as it conducts a “planned systems upgrade.” The agency said it will continue collecting data from its surveys and will resume its normal publishing schedule on Nov. 13. In its last weekly update, published on Nov. 1, the EIA estimated that US oil production remained near its record high of 13.2 million b/d for a fourth consecutive week.
