Early development possible for Laos copper deposit

Brisbane-based Pan Australian Resources said that check assays and metallurgical tests at the Phu Kham deposit in Laos has indicated that early development may be possible.The inferred copper/gold resource is estimated at 125m tonnes, consisting of 40m tonnes of oxidised ore and 85m tonnes of sulphide ore This is below a gold cap of some 10m tonnes grading 1g per tonne gold and containing some 300,000 oz.
