New Star Plant Now On Line

Star Building Systems has officially opened its newest full service metal building manufacturing plant. The plant, located in Elizabethton, TN, was dedicated March 9th. Attending the ribbon cutting ceremony was Tennessee Governor Don Sundquist and Mike Heisley, CEO of Robertson Ceco Corporation, Star's parent company.The new 220,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant has been designed to utilize the most advanced metal building industry technology and increase capacity. When at full operation, it can produce 40 buildings that are 10,000 sq. ft. each in one week, a rated capacity of 1,000 tons per week.
