DRC pushes back copper, cobalt concentrate export ban

A planned ban on copper and cobalt exports from the DemocraticRepublic of Congo (DRC) has been pushed back once again, due to alack of energy supplies.The government of the DRC has extended a moratorium ahead ofthe planned ban, allowing exports of copper and cobalt concentratesuntil December 31, 2016.
