The global refined copper balance logged a deficit of 27,000 tonnes inNovember, according to the International Copper Study Group (ICSG)on Monday February 22.World refined copper production in November stood at 1.96million tonnes, while apparent usage reached 1.99 million tonnes.During the first eleven months of 2015, the refined copper balanceshowed a production surplus of about 51,000 tonnes, compared witha 54,400-tonne surplus in the same period of 2014.
