US Steel Corp is confident about the merits of its Section 337 case filedagainst Chinese steelmakers, company president and ceo MarioLonghi said on May 17.The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is set to rule onwhether it will move forward with the Section 337 case on May 26,Longhi said during a keynote speech at the Association for Iron &Steel Technology’s annual convention in Pittsburgh.The case is strong, he said, speaking at a press briefing after hisspeech.
