Indian Oil Gas Sectors To Attract Huge Investments

The Indian oil and gas sectors could attract domestic and foreign investment of up to 4 trillion (nearly 80 billion) during the 12th Five-Year Plan from April 2012 through March 2017. The bulk of this investment will go into exploration, production, refining, marketing, storage, petrochemical and related engineering activities aimed at increasing domestic production and consumption of petroleum and petroleum products.
