York Township Municipal Complex

Though the look is what most people focus on, there were many reasons behind the decision to use metal building systems and components for York Township's new municipal complex. The complex consists of four buildings, all designed according to function. The main building is 31,000 sq. ft. and includes the office and administrative areas associated with running the township. A similarly sized building provides inside storage space for up to 30 vehicles as well as various pieces of public works equipment. Small structures include the 9,500 sq. ft. service building, which houses a sign shop, welding shop, vehicle maintenance bays and spaces related to the operation of the sewer department. A final structure shelters bulk materials such as salt, mulch and more.
