Non-combustibility and the flexibility to finish the interior as needed helped prompt the use of a pre-engineered metal building system from Star Building Systems, Oklahoma City, OK, for the Ceccanti Retail Building in Tacoma, WA.The 8,128 sq. ft. structure-framed with Star's SSB structural system-is topped with a double-locking StarShield standing seam metal roof system. The Shell White panels have 2-7/8"-high seams and are attached with two-piece sliding clips.
