The flexibility of the metal building approach can be seen in its use by Villa and Brown Architects of Miami, FL, for the design and construction of the St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church in nearby Liesure City.Completed in January 2000, the project utilizes a combination of rigid frames, continuous beam frames and lean-to frames-all by VP Buildings of Memphis, TN-to accomplish a complex geometric shape. The flexibility of the approach also enabled the seamless integration of concrete masonry walls for an aesthetically pleasing architectural finish.
