A natural zinc metal panel system was selected to complement the existing campus architecture of the University of Chicago Press Building in Chicago, IL.ATAS International Inc.'s Castletop diamond-shaped shingle, made of .028" zinc, provides a unique look. Zinc was selected for the building's mansard roof and trim. Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of the metal panels were utilized. The shingles are 15-3/4" x 15-3/4" with 14" X 14" exposed.
