The five-story Ella 82 building is located on Guernsey Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn's northernmost neighborhood. It's a quiet area with a lot of potential but has been largely overlooked by real estate developers to this point. This project's success may change that. It was designed and built to appeal to single people, young couples and families with good taste and visionary ideas, but modest budgets.
