That's where the institution's new baseball stadium, Plumeri Baseball Park, is located. Completed in March 1999, it was designed by Magoon and Associates of Williamsburg.From a geographic perspective, the stadium site links the campus with the community. From an architectural standpoint, the facility bridges the gap between modern construction and architectural tradition. In part, it owes its colonial character to the Hartford Green metal roof that tops its ticket booth, elevator/stair tower and press box.
