Oldcasde Inc. acquires C.R. Laurence Co. Inc.

Santa Monica, Calif.-based Oldcastle Inc. (Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope), a CRH Group company, acquired Los Angeles-based C.R. Laurence Co. Inc. (CRL-U.S. Aluminum), the companies jointly reported. The companies received regulatory approval Sept. 3. CRL-U.S. Aluminum will continue to be independently managed and operated as a subsidiary of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and will retain all existing management structures and personnel.
