Company's Second Building Features the Same Dark-Colored Composite Panels as its First

With the history of Chattanooga, TN, indelibly linked to shipping and transportation, it seems only fitting that one of the city's own would emerge as a modern day leader in the over-the-road trucking business. U.S. Xpress calls Chattanooga home and operates out of an impressive headquarters located on a hillside site not far from Interstate 75. The building was designed by SSOE Inc. Architects and Engineers and built in the mid-1990s. As planned, the building reflects the company's leadership position. And by design, the campus site was planned for expansion. That forward thinking has paid off as the first of what will eventually be four satellite buildings was recently constructed. Like the main building, it is clad with dark-colored aluminum composite wall panels.
