German Company Acquires Interest In TRUFAST

Bryan, OH-The TRUFAST Corp. announced recently that Altenloh, Brinck & Co. of Ennepetal, Germany, has acquired an equity interest in the on-going operations of TRUFAST. TRUFAST manufactures fasteners and fastening systems for commercial roofing, metal building and specialty construction applications. Brian Roth will remain the company's president/CEO of the TRUFAST North American Operations and maintains an equity position in the company. According to Roth, the affiliation with Altenloh, Brinck & Co. affords TRUFAST new product, market and investment opportunities in support of the company's global growth strategies. Existing TRUFAST management will lead the expansion of current production and engi-neering capabilities at the company's Bryan headquarters.
