MBCI offers one of the broadest product lines in the industry for architectural, commercial, industrial, institutional and residential uses. Designers are offered a full range of panel choices from concealed fasteners to exposed fasteners and from bold rib profiles to slim vertical lines depending on your requirements. In addition, MBCI offers six separate and complete standing seam roof systems. A choice of snap-together or field mechanically-seamed, or vertical or trapezoidal legs, and even one curved panel system can be installed over open framing. The new Curved BattenLok profiles is a hydrostatic or waterproof system with a 2"-tall standing seam that is field-seamed during the installation process. Curved BattenLok may be curved to a minimum radius of 20' and, being a structural panel, may be installed over open framing or solid decking. Open framing applications eliminate costly curved deck surfaces and membrane Underlayments. For large projects and/or long panels, the curving process may best be accomplished at the jobsite. In addition to three Underwriter Laboratories numbers, Curved BattenLok carries a class A fire rating, Class 4 impact resistance rating and a number of internal fire designs.
