AIA forecasts spending increase

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) reported its semi-annual Consensus Construction Forecast, a survey of the nation's leading construction forecasters, projects spending will increase less than 6 percent for 2016; 2017's projection is an additional 5.6 percent increase.
