A metal building system from American Buildings Co., Eufaula, AL, was used for the construction of the 11,928 sq. ft. Thornblade Village, a speculative retail shopping center in Greenville, SC. The interior of the 84 ft X 142 ft structure is divided into six tenant spaces. The section of the building reserved for the anchor tenant includes a drive-thru and tower office space.The building is clad with brick and covered with a metal standing seam roof. As a visual enhancement, the project features a through-the-roof decorative pyramid.
