Looking for ways to streamline operations, the City of Roswell decided to build a new Transportation and Public Works Facility that would bring various city departments together under one roof. It was that same concern for cost efficiency that led to the specification of metal wall and roof panels for the 40,000sq.ft. facility's construction. The project was completed in October 2001. Its architectural focal point is a two-story office and administrative core. It is faced with brick and topped with an Evergreen-colored, PVDF-finished, 24-gauge Stand N'Seam metal roof system from Fabral, Lancaster, PA.
