This 450,000 sq. ft. apartment complex, opened in March 2006, was planned as housing for those recovering from drug and alcohol addictions. Urban Order Architecture of Columbus, along with the project owner, had several goals for the project. These included using durable, low-maintenance building materials that were environmentally friendly, and creating an attractive structure that would promote beautification and instill pride in the neighborhood. Of course, meeting the budget was also a goal, as with any project.
