Talk about creating a buzz. The construction of Rentschier Field has done just that for the University of Connecticut. But it is not just the students, athletes and administrators who are excited. So are the residents of East Hartford, CT, where the stadium is located; and state officials, who expect it to be an important component in the revitalization of not only the immediate area, but also the region as a whole.
