GE Fanuc Automation has named Douglas Peterson the vice president of its CNC Business and president of Cim Works, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Fanuc specializing in hardware, software and service products that monitor and control production equipment.Peterson began his career with GE Fanuc in 1989 and has held positions in General Automation Sales, Marketing, CNC Sales Management and Husky Business Management, as well as that of Six SIGMA customer Centric Leader. Before his promotion, Peterson was the CNC operations manager.
